Kashuk_brushes-prv Every makeup artist will attest to the fact that having a great set of makeup brushes is key to achieving a flawless application.  I have given every one of my girlfriends brush sets, and lectured them on the importance of a blush and eyeliner brush.  Thank god they are patient with me, I can be a makeup natzi!

Sonia Kashuk cosmetics have always been known for high quality, yet extremely affordable makeup line.  Her makeup line is sold exclusively at Target (I am a Target freak. I can spend hours there!  It is a problem.  Seriously.)  and her makeup brushes have been voted as  the best inexpensive brush line in the industry.   They are soft, provide a professional application, and hold up for years.   They will take your makeup application from ho-hum to hello!

For Breast Cancer Awareness month Sonia Kashuk has created some great  limited edition brush sets in support of her charity The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.  As a breast cancer survivor herself, she will be donating %15 of the purchase price.  BCRF’s mission is "to prevent and find a cure in our lifetime, it’s one more beautiful way to fight the fight against breast cancer. "  I couldn't have said it better myself. These brush sets are a perfect gift for the holidays (you can be sure all my friends will be getting one!) or for travel.

Do you have any advice on air travel with your kit? I am working on 5 people for a wedding in the Bahamas and have never had to worry about air travel with my kits before. I am fairly new.

  3. I am sure you will love them Mary!

Kristian: For air travel, make sure that everything is in your checked bag. I would look into plastic bags to keep everything tight and from spilling. Check out the pro packs from http://www.thepowdergroup.com.
