I think I have about 4 different lip balms in my purse, and yet I have never quite gotten into the tinted lip balm craze. Don't get me wrong, I keep an assortment of stunning tinted lip balms in my professional kit, and use them often. Yet, I've never used them personally.....until now.
While on a photo shoot this weekend, I applied a natural, rosy lip to a 15 year old model and enjoyed the look so much that I decided to replicate it on myself (I was feeling quite blah, and wanted a perk-me-up!). I dabbed on Benefit Benetint Lip Balm Spf 15, and I was shocked at how pretty it looked. The color is a sheer wash of rose loveliness, and instantly lit up my face. Even my cheeks looked rosier. This lip balm is a creamy, emollient version of Benefit cosmetics famous Benetint cheek and lip stain, and not only lives up to its predecessor, but in my opinion, trumps it. The color left a soft stain on my lips, and gave a subtle sheen.
I am going to have to buy another jar for my kit, because my current jar is now permanently in my purse.
Makeup Artist Tip: For a richer application, fill in your lip with a soft nude lipliner (Benefit makes three amazing nude lipliners) before applying the lip balm. You will get a deeper rose hue, have the consistency of a lipstick and still keep the buttery hydration of the balm!
*Benefit gives 2 free samples with all online orders, and you recieve a free Miss Popularity highlighter with every order over $35. Now I can get my second jar, and have some goodies to go with it.

I really love Benefit products and I can’t believe I haven’t tried this one yet!
Benetint looks really nice on my skin tone so I’m going to have to pick this up next time I’m at my local Benefit counter. Thanks for the great review xx Jasmine
