Double wear concealer  While making my "best of 2009"  list, I realized that there were many tried and true products that I have never blogged about.  These are products that I have been faithful to for years, but often forget to rave about.  My secret stash of goodies, I guess.

So, the next few posts will be dedicated to the cosmetic wonders that I have relied upon for years, and always grab when I need to put on my "no fail" pretty face (ladies, you know what I mean!).

First off, anyone who reads this blog knows that I am always on the lookout for the worlds best concealer.  I have found so many greats, but I still make sure that I have Estee Lauder Double Wear Concealer on hand.  Even when I am momentarily obsessed with a new product, this little concealer has a permanent place in my makeup drawer.  I have been using this magic wand for so long that I have seen it through two packaging changes! I cannot count how many times it has gotten me through long work weeks, late nights, and dark circle nightmares.  It stays on.  I mean it REALLY stays on.

The thing I love most about this puppy is that is goes on like a liquid and dries like a stain.  It isn't thick, or cakey and it never moves, or settles into fine lines.  The concealer claims to last up to 15 hours, and I am telling you it does.

Makeup Artist Tip:  This product is also wonderful to use around the outline of your lips if your lipstick tends to bleed or feather.  Due to the transfer resistant nature, and liquid application  of this  concealer it makes an amazing barrier for your lipsticks.
