From a person who is always trying to make my lips look fuller and moist, I think this may be a great product to experiment with. With the cosmetic industry always changing, it is really hard to stay up-to-date with all the latest and greatest. But I have found that Cargo has really fabulous products, and eco-friendly as well as being a Canadian run company, which I love!!!
