Last night, I gleefully sat in front of my television and basked in the glory of Broadway and the Tony Awards show. Yes, you heard that right, I am a Broadway baby. I was raised on the music of Broadway, and have been in love with the stage ever since.
One of my favorite performances of the night was that of Audra McDonald and her passionate performace of Porry and Bess. Hearing her sing “Summertime” sent chills down my body.
In honor of her Tony win, I have completed a makeup look inspired by her style on the red carpet. And for those of you who had never heard the beauty of her voice, I have also included her performance at last nights show. Enjoy!
