Here are my tips:
- For an Oxblood lip: Leave the eyes neutral. Try a soft matte brown shadow, with a soft brown liner. Have the lips be the focus. Finish with a bronzer in place of your normal blush. This will warm up the face and compliment the deep color of the lips.
- For an Oxblood Smokey Eye: Try to focus the deep shadow near the lash line. Keep all the focus around the eye, and be careful not to extend the color past the crease. This will keep the look intense, yet sophisticated.
For those of you who would also like to try out the Oxblood trend with clothes, I have put together a sample of some of the best looks around (to compliment your makeup, of course!!)
