For the past couple of weeks I have been planning to do a
review of a makeup book that I recently perused and adored. Then, as the makeup gods would have it, I
found out that the author (and fellow makeup artist) has created a makeup
collection for one of my favorite lines Three Custom Color. Kismet!
Let’s start off with the book. Robert Jones Looking Younger is a valuable resource for makeup enthusiasts, or a woman looking for guidance with makeup application. His book is chock-full of stunning instructional pictures, and easy tips on how to achieve a youthful glow (the tips are useful for woman of all ages). I was incredibly impressed with the care and detail that went into every chapter. His color choices and application tips are timeless, and the book is a great aid in breaking down the basics of making up your face.
While I was reading the book I thought “geez, this man needs to create a makeup line, his use of color is fantastic!”. Presto.....he did exactly that! Check out his uber flattering Robert Jones Signature Collection below; benefit from his artistry, that yes, will definitely make you look younger.
