One of my favorite stories from Fashion Week is the tale of
the infamous “coat check thief”. I was
lucky enough to attend Robert Verdi’s beauty lounge, and received a bag of
lovely goodies filled with products for me to try. I had to attend a dinner that night, so the
bag was checked with my coat….Mind you, this bag was generously packed with
other goodies and products that I had purchased earlier that day, so you know a
product must be good if it is the only thing the coat check girl steals! Yes, steals.
The crime worthy product was my Ginger and Liz Color Collection Swagger Nail Polish. Ginger and Liz is a great new nail polish line that was founded by model/author S. Liz Pickett and entrepreneur H. Ginger Johnson. The colors are ultra cool and hip, and the wearability is perfect. My polish lasted a good week without a single chip or smudge. And, you have got to adore the descriptions of the colors, for example, my steal worthy Swagger states

Some of my favorite colors include High Maintenance, Royal Flush and The Professional (that sounds like a list of James Bonds girlfriends!).
Take it from a celebrity manicurist Kimmie Kvees who says "The line has a little of everything…great selection; fun and hip.
Definitely following today’s trends. When I see colors they immediately
remind me of people. New Money looked like something Rihanna will love
while Reality Check will be perfect for Amy Winehouse. Swagger reminds
me of Minx because it has such a wonderful metallic quality, it catches
the light just right. The packaging is also done very well. The line
looks neat, clean and rich.”
